3. Do you offer local pick-up or delivery?

Currently, we primarily ship orders. If you are local to Marietta, GA, please contact us to discuss possible pick-up arrangements.

4. What makes your products unique?

Each product is handcrafted with care using carefully sourced herbs and oils. We avoid harsh chemicals, preservatives, and fillers—ensuring your wellness products are natural and high-quality.

5. How do I use the Universal Healing Elixir?

  • Hair: Massage a few drops into your scalp 1–3 times weekly.
  • Skin: Apply to clean, damp skin as a moisturizer.
  • Wellness: Massage onto sore muscles or joints for soothing relief.
  • Treatment (Fungi): Apply directly to affected areas 3x per day for 7 days to help soothe irritation and support skin’s natural balance.

6. How do I store your products?

Keep bottles tightly sealed and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is optional but may extend shelf life.

7. Do your products have an expiration date?

Since our items are made with natural ingredients, we recommend using them within 6–12 months of purchase.

8. Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients. However, we recommend doing a patch test before full use, especially if you have allergies.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We currently offer exchanges only within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for returning shipping costs, and items must be returned in original condition.

10. What are your shipping options?

We ship orders within 3–5 business days. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

11. Can I order wholesale or bulk?

Yes! Crafted in the Wild offers wholesale options for spas, boutiques, and wellness shops. Please contact us directly about pricing and minimum order requirements.

12. Do you make custom blends?

Depending on availability, we may be able to create custom herbal blends. Contact us for special requests.

13. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for Shopify orders. Etsy customers can use Etsy’s secure checkout system.

14. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

15. Are your products safe for children or pregnant women?

Our products are made with natural ingredients, but we always recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or on young children.
