Ways to use Serum & Syrup
Universal Healing Serum
For Skin:
Apply 2–3 drops to clean, dry skin. Massage gently until absorbed. Use on areas affected by dryness, irritation, or rough texture. Daily use helps support healthy moisture balance and smoother-looking skin.
For Scalp & Hair Growth:
Part hair into sections and apply a few drops directly to the scalp. Massage for 3–5 minutes to improve circulation and hydration. Lightly work through the hair to reduce dryness and promote softness. Use 2–3 times per week or as needed.
For Inflammation or Discomfort:
Rub a small amount onto the affected area using firm, circular motions until fully absorbed. Ideal for use after physical activity or long workdays to help ease tension, carpal tunnel pain, arthritis pain and stiffness.
For Sore Muscles & Joints:
Warm a quarter-sized amount between your palms and massage into sore or tight areas such as the back, shoulders, or knees. Use after showers, workouts, or before rest for best results.
For Hands, Wrists, or Carpal Discomfort:
Apply 2–3 drops to palms and wrists. Massage in gentle upward motions for 1–2 minutes to help support flexibility and comfort during daily activity.
Tip:
Rub a few drops of the serum between your palms for a few seconds before applying. The gentle warmth helps activate the oils, allowing the serum to spread more easily and absorb faster — creating a soothing, “hot stone” sensation that enhances comfort and relaxation.
External Use Only. Perform a patch test before first use. Avoid contact with eyes or open wounds. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Elderberry Immune Syrup
Daily Wellness Support:
Take 1 tablespoon (½ oz) once or twice daily for general immune and respiratory support. For children over age one, use 1 teaspoon (5 mL) once daily.
At the First Sign of Seasonal Changes:
Take 1 tablespoon every 3–4 hours during the day with water or tea to help support natural immune defense and maintain comfort during cold or allergy seasons.
Mix & Sip:
