Refund & Exchange Policy

• Exchanges Only: We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Return Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of herbal, wellness, and personal care products, all sales are final once opened or used. For health and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned.

• Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
